When we replace an HDMI port, your console is already apart on our bench. That makes it the best time to add a full dust clean, fan service and fresh thermal paste, with no second teardown and no second visit. Just ask when you drop it off.
Some console problems go beyond a part swap: a damaged HDMI port, a board that won’t power on, or torn solder pads. Our technicians do this micro-soldering work in our own shop, so your console never leaves our store. We check it first and give you a clear quote before any work begins.
Care tips
Give it room to breathe: keep about 4 inches of space around the vents, and don't run it in a closed cabinet.
Pull the HDMI cable straight out, not at an angle. Bent ports are the top reason for "no picture".
Use a surge protector. Power surges are a common cause of board damage.
