Questions about booking

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 12 to 5 PM. Booking a drop-off time online saves you a wait.

Should I book a drop-off or a diagnostic?

Book a drop-off when you know what is wrong, like a cracked screen or a weak battery. We give you an estimate and fix it once you accept it. Book a diagnostic when you do not know the problem, for example when the phone is dead and will not turn on or charge. We run a diagnosis to find the cause first.

How long will my repair take?

Same day in most cases. Most iPhone screen repairs take 20 to 45 minutes.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. Every repair starts with a free quote, and no work begins until you approve it.

What warranty do I get?

Premium screens come with a 1-year warranty, game console repairs with 120 days and all other repairs with 90 days (30 days on aftermarket iPhone screens).
