FAQ

Repairs, time and warranty

What devices do you repair?

iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Android phones, iPads, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Microsoft Surface tablets, Apple Watches, MacBooks, laptops and PCs, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles, and drones. We also unlock phones.

How long does a repair take?

Same day in many cases. An iPhone screen replacement can take as little as 25 minutes, or up to a couple of hours when the shop is busy. Drones are often handled by mail-in repair, which takes longer because of shipping.

What warranty do you give?

Premium iPhone screens come with a 1-year warranty. All other repairs come with a 30-day warranty.

How much will my repair cost?

Request a free quote online or bring your device in. Your technician explains the fix and the price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Do you keep parts in stock?

Yes. We keep iPhone screens and batteries in stock, so you don't have to wait for parts to be ordered for most iPhone repairs.

Do you offer mail-in repair?

Yes, most often for drones. Call us at (980) 430-1213 to arrange it.

My phone got wet. What should I do?

Turn it off, don't charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. The sooner a technician opens and dries it, the better the chance of a good repair.

Should I back up my device before a repair?

Yes, back up your photos and files if you can. If your device will not turn on, ask about data recovery when you bring it in.
