How long does a repair take?

Same day in most cases. We usually have parts in stock for every iPhone and Samsung repair we offer, and we restock twice a week. Most iPhone screen repairs take 20 to 45 minutes, and most Samsung screen repairs take 45 minutes to 4 hours. Game consoles can be back in 2 to 4 hours with our Express service, for an added fee. For drones, liquid damage and devices that will not turn on, your technician will tell you how long it will take after inspecting it.

What warranty do you give?

Premium iPhone screens come with a 1-year warranty. Aftermarket iPhone screens come with a 30-day warranty. Game console repairs come with a 120-day warranty, and all other repairs with a 90-day warranty.

Do you offer mail-in repair?
